Paul Dziepak

Paul Dziepak, Financial Advisor and Creative Director at Cirrus Capital, brings over a decade of experience in finance and investment management. Before joining Cirrus, Paul served as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch and later as a consultant to a private investment office, where he focused on advanced options strategies and market research for ultra-high-net-worth portfolios. He also spent several years as CFO of a nonprofit organization making a global impact. This mix of Wall Street insight and mission-driven leadership has shaped his approach to investing—analytical, disciplined, and deeply purposeful.

Paul believes no two investors are the same. Each person’s goals, values, and circumstances deserve a personalized approach. He takes time with clients and develops tailored investment plans designed to evolve over time, using data-driven tools to track progress and make informed adjustments along the way.

 

As Creative Director, Paul also enjoys educating others on all things financial. He produces videos, social media content, and resources that simplify complex concepts and make financial planning more approachable.

 

When Paul isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katrina, and their four children, tackling projects around the house, or out in the country on his John Deere. With kids in sports, life is busy, but he’s soaking up every moment and enjoying the memories being made. He also serves as the Campus Director at Bridgewood Church’s Goodrich campus, where he leads volunteers, and also loves finding ways to serve his community.
